Private and Home lessons
During the class, we focus on strengthening the core, improving posture, coordination, and body awareness.
The exercises are performed with attention and precision, synchronizing each movement with the breath. It's an effective practice for strengthening the entire body, preventing injuries, and reducing pain, while developing greater control and quality of movement.
Sessions can be done privately, with a partner, or in a group, and are also available online.
